About Joanna Esparza

Joanna Esparza is a remarkable individual with a diverse range of talents and a deep commitment to her community. As a local entrepreneur, she has established herself as a real estate agent and operates a family-owned insurance and financial services office. Through these ventures, Joanna and her husband have helped numerous families and individuals with their financial needs.

However, Joanna's passion extends far beyond business pursuits. At the young age of 23, she fearlessly founded a nonprofit organization called She Became. The mission of She Became is to edify, empower, and encourage young girls, teenagers, and women in the heart of the Central Valley. The organization achieves this through peer mentorship programs and inspirational workshops, aiming to make a positive impact on the lives of those it serves.

In 2019, Joanna took another step towards inspiring and empowering others by publishing her first book, titled "Discover Your True Worth." Through her personal story of perseverance, resiliency, and faith, Joanna aims to motivate individuals to recognize their own value and reach their full potential.

Joanna's dedication and contributions to her community have been recognized through various accolades. She has been honored with the Stanislaus Outstanding Woman of the Year Award and the MJC Women's Community Empowerment Award, acknowledging her outstanding achievements and commitment to empowering others.

Additionally, Joanna has invested in her personal growth and development by participating in leadership programs. She completed a Leadership Advocacy Building cohort from Rise Up and a Latino Leadership Initiative Cohort from City Network Ministry, further enhancing her skills and knowledge to make a difference in her community.

While Joanna continues to serve on nonprofit boards and committees, she remains focused on her vision of helping individuals achieve their goals of homeownership. Her ultimate priority is to assist others in having the best possible experience when it comes to meeting one’s real estate goals.
